Dr. Barry's office and staff were nice in that the office was clean, the staff was professional, and he seemed to use the latest technology for exams. However, in some ways the office felt too big. I have yet to see the same dental hygenist or dental assistant for my appointments, whereas in the past, I have been seen the same hygenist/assistant and that helps tremedously to calm your nerves if you are a anxious about the dentist. I also found that during a filling procedure, the procedure seemed longer than necessary as Dr. Barry divided his time between 3 patients. For a simple filling, I was in the chair for an hour - most of my time spent waiting with a dental dam in place. He seems like a very competant denstist, but might not be the right fit for someone who needs a lot of TLC, or is looking for a fast escape from the chair.
