Interesting note, and buyer beware. I was informed that my appointment on Monday, that I was calling to reschedule on a Wednesday of a previous week would carry a $50 cancellation fee because it was less than 48 hrs notice, because the office was taking a vacation day on Thursday (part of their normal operating hours.) Lovely - huh. Furthermore, I recently learned that Dr. Chapman no longer plans to process insurance claims. I will have to pay full price and file my own insurance claim forms (never ever have I heard of such lack of care for the patient.) How are we as relative novices to navigate the world of insurance claims. I can confidently tell you that she will not get one more penny from myself or my insurance company.
