Dr. Machado has one of the best (if not the best) reputation in the San Diego area for oral/maxillofacial surgery. He is straightforward and to the point. He is known for doing exceptional & beautiful work. He did an extremely complicated and extensive jaw surgery (both lower and upper) on my mother. This was a big deal...lifechanging for her. It turned out beautifully. I went to him for the removal of a grape-sized mucocele (swollen salivary gland that turns into a fibrous, unsightly looking growth) that was on my lower lip. It had gotten quite visible and the romoval would have easily left a noticable scar. He did a wonderful job, you can't even tell it was ever there...Highly recommended for any oral/maxillofacial work! Oh, and his office staff are exceptionally nice and efficient. With Dr. Machado you in the best of hands!
