If you've got thick skin, he might be okay. He seems knowledgeable, but he has no chairside manner. If you have TMJ issues and you've been referred to him, ask for someone else because he doesn't have time or interest in your case unless you're a surgical candidate up front. Even then, he's made it very clear that he won't see more than one TMJ patient on certain days. He was complaining and raising his voice to his office staff about "another TMJ patient" when I was within earshot. He is quick about his appointments and kind of a smart ass. I don't plan on going back to his office, which is too bad, because I liked his office staff.
