By far the worst experience at a medical practice (and possibly of my life). After the office rescheduled my appointment two times (the day before), i showed up for my appointment. I waited 40 more minutes to be called back & during this period, another patient was screaming bloody murder. This triggered even more anxiety, so when it was my turn to go, i asked for something for the anxiety (which i had mentioned both on the health history form and multiple times that day). I was told that i "should have asked sooner" because the office was "under time constraints." Seriously? After rescheduling my appointment two times and then making me wait 40 minutes to be called back and another 20 minutes sitting in the chair just waiting? Yes, i could not make this up. The "nurse" continued to berate me as she gave me the nitrous oxide and my pulse rate sky-rocketed. Did i mention that they did not take my blood pressure before beginning the procedure? When the finally started drilling, i could feel everything. They kept giving more and more novocaine but in the end, i could feel it all. I have had teeth pulled before and so i know the amount of pain i felt is NOT normal. In the end, i only let them pull one and then i'm out, never to return
