The dentist and his office told us they were a member of the Blue Cross PPO Network and that our childrens preventative services would be covered at 100%, without needing to pay any deductible. They even told us that they called to confirm the coverage amounts and said that the insurance company had confirmed the services would be covered at 100%. When we got the EOB from the insurance company they were paid at 80% after a 50.00 deductible. They misrepresented themselves and their unethical behavior/practices are not acceptable.
