About Front Desk: Front office staff is difficult to work with! I can't speak to the doctors, but if I'm uncomfortable starting with the scheduling process, I'm not willing to take my chance on the docs. The front staff is the first impression of your practice and these ladies made a horrible impression. Joanne was difficult to work with and I felt like I was being lied to and taken advantage of. I was never able to speak to the office manager because Joanne said at first "she just got out of surgery" (didn't know office managers assisted with procedures), made several other excuses throughout the conversation, the last one being Joanne stating that "she could get in trouble for telling me this, but she was out on medial leave". Clearly there was a reason Joanne didn't want me talking to the office manager. Oh, and they wanted me to pay $1,600 to "hold my appointments". Maybe I've been fortunate so far, but I've never had to pay that amount of money to "hold and appointment". There was no way I was willing to chance these doctors taking care of my daughter. If they were willing to hire such an unprofessional front office staff to represent them, what kind of doctors were they? Not willing to take that chance with my child.
