About Front Desk: Office mgr was rude concerning insurance card which Delta dental does not provide, they use my dads name, SS#, DOB & my military ID. She tried to make me pay cash for the initial eval because she wouldn't go online to verify it & my referring dentist is closed on Friday & I couldn't get my mom on the phone. She wouldn't file our health insurance which had coverage for the anesthesia because she said our dentist didn't know what they were talking about even though my mom verified the coverage so she costs us $350. My parents ended up paying $977 up front out of pocket, but found out after the insurance paid we only owed $783. They took almost 60 days to refund our money. I think they inflated the estimate, hoping we wouldn't notice so they could keep the extra. My mom was repeatedly hung up on & the office manager/insurance person wouldn't return calls about getting the money. She finally had to threaten court action to get it.
