I was referred by a co-worker who's daughter is a patient of Dr. Blase. They were completely satisfied with results and very impressed with office staff. We went in for consultation and were thrilled by the experience. Dr. Blase and staff are very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. We chose to move forward with Dr. Blase as an out-of-network provider. My daughter had her braces put on in September and she is making great progress.
