Dr. Yagake is a very relatable and sociable guy. Once you enter his office, gone are all your worries because he makes you feel comfortable and makes it clear what he's doing. From looking at all his accomplishments (showcased on the walls with awards and certificates), you would think he was strictly a firm and serious man, but in reality, its on the contrary. Of course he's serious about his profession, but in addition, whether young or older, you can start up any conversation with him; I even remember him talking to my 16 yr old brother about a cartoon show they both happen to watch! Even the receptionist, Chris, is a riot to talk with; she's a character for sure and is probably one of the most sociable people I've met. Overall, I would say Dr. Yagake's office is a perfect balance of comfortability and professionalism. I know it may sound cheesy, but the entire environment of the office, feels like home.
One more point to make: my aunt who is in her 30's also went to Dr. Yagake, at the same office, as a teenager for braces. So the fact that my brother is also with the same orthodontist years later, has got to tell you about Dr. Yagake's extensive length of experience and dedication to what he does.
