Very good orthodontist, best in the area in my opinion. Though his costs/fees are somewhat high, you receive high quality treatment in return.
I was a surgical case with a very bad bite. I can't even believe my teeth look the way they do now. I am very happy with my results and credit Dr. Lee for his work.

He seems to be an expert in the field. I think the price is on the upper range. Quite expensive. The facility is good. He's got his own x-ray machines to use, so you don't need to go to a specific place for x-ray.

Dr. Lee is my son's orthodontist. He is very experienced. At first my son complained about too much pain when he put on the expander. Dr. Lee called us several times to assure my son that the pain would go away. After about two weeks, he is used to it and no more whinning. Now we begin to see the improvement of his jaw. The doctor is perfect. But one thing I do not like is to deal with the insurance company. The office just sumitted the first claim. The rest of it , it is up to the patients. After dealing with the insurance company for so many times, I really miss those dental offices that you do not have to worry about the claims.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Paul Lee. It was a nightmare. I started my treatment with him with straight teeth, a close to perfect bite (except for a bit overbite) and a beautiful smile, but my jaws were a bit protrusive. Dr. Paul Lee told me to have four premolars extracted to move the teeth back, and said that my facial profile would improve significantly after the treatment. He promised me to close the extraction gap, and said that he could also correct my overbite and align the midline of my lips with the midline of my teeth. He estimated the treatment length to be two years. Two years after the treatment, after spending over $5,000 and going through a lot of pain, my profile didnt improve as much as he promised, my midlines were not aligned, my overbite became twice as big as before, and my previous good bite was broken. My upper teeth didn't move as much back as the lower teeth, the upper arch ended up being bigger than the lower arch, the lower left extraction gap was not closed, the bite on the both sides was not right, and the upper left teeth hurt all the time, and worse of all, he couldn't fix all these problems he created during my treatment.

I had my teeth re-aligned from Dr. Lee's office. The treatment lasted for more than 1.5 yrs. In addition, there were 2 more vists for another 6months to confirm that everything was alright.
I found Dr. Lee to be an extremely competent orthodontist. All the assitants (Maria, et al) did a good job under Dr. Lee's directions. The facilities are clean and I never had to wait for an unreasonable time for my apppointment. The office staff also handled my paperwork very well.
I had a problem with tongue thrusting. i.e. my tongue would always thrust against my teeth and that was causing my teeth to be mis-aligned. Dr. Lee made restraining device, (which I had to wear for almost 1.5 yrs). The first device he made was not very comfortable for me. That night Dr. Lee called me up to check if I was ok with it and when he realised that I was not, he promptly set up an appointment for me early next morning and replaced it with a more comfortable model.
The final result of the treatment has been excellent. Not only are my teeth properly aligned, but I've also overcome the tongue thrusting habit. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Lee for orthodontic work.

Dr. Lee is an extremely nice guy, and always makes you feel welcome. The visits go very smoothly, and everyone is quite friendly. He is so popular in the area that the office is always packed, and I myself have many friends who also have him as their orthodontist. Although the procedures can indeed be painful, I would certainly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Dr. Lee was very efficient and knew exactly what I needed for the modifications of my teeth. His visits were very quick and painless. His facilities were also very clean and staffed by very capable hygienists and assistants. His front desk and accounting staff were also very adept at scheduling and working out billing/insurance schedules.

Dr. Paul Lee has been a wonderful orthodontist. I usually hate going a "doctors" office but I was never scared or felt uncomfortable when I was going to Dr. Lee's office. His entire staff is so nice and helpful in making the process as simple and painless as possible. I love Dr. Lee's personality because he is always smiling and you can't help but to smile back. Having braces was not as bad as I expected and I love my new teeth!! thank you Dr. Lee and staff members!!! =)

I am 40 years old and i was pretty anxious about having to wear braces. I checked out couple of orthodontists before Dr. Lee and they did a very superficial exam. One of them told me that i would not only need braces but oral surgery as well. When I came to see Dr. Lee, he did a comprehensive exam at no cost and assured me that he can correct my problem without a surgery. Less than two years later I have a perfect smile without a painful surgery. Dr. Lee was recomended to me as having special talent to treat orthodontic problems in adults (not just teens) and this has been so true in my case. Dr. Lee has impeccable work ethics and a great personality. His staff is hardworking and very professional!

Dr. Lee is a wonderful dentist who knows what he is doing. He plans everything out and ask you for your opinion, before doing anything. For me, the plan was two years to straighten my teeth, but it actually took less time than that! It only took a year and a half to complete my treatment! Their staff service is great too! They were very patient with everything, and they always call you to inform you about your next appointment a day or two before. The process could be kind of uncomfortable for your teeth, but they tell you how to prepare for it and what to eat. They teach you anything you need to know to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. Dr. Lee also informs you on what might happen after the treatment (like how your teeth will look) if there are any special cases. Overall, I am very pleased with Dr. Lee and his staffs. -- Kathy
