Worst customer service I have ever seen. I arrived on time but waited for more than one hours, but got no words of apologize.
And the doctor claimed multiple times from the insurance company for my single visit.

Like everything but the waiting time. Dr. Lin is nice, patient and skillful. My daughter likes him and trusts him to do anything with her teeth. We have been with him for 4 years for regular preventive treatments. Now my daughter is receiving orthodontic treatment from him. I would applaud for his excellent services.
But waiting time is a bit long. 15 minutes is the minimum for me. Maybe because I always go there on Saturdays when more patients are treated? I sometimes just feel waiting more than 15 minutes for a less than 15 minutes service (replacing the brace wire) is .... But since my daughter likes him and I like to see my daughter's crooked teeth get straight out everyday, I would bear with the waiting time.

As an overall, my experience at Dr. Lin's dental office is great. . The cost of treatment is reasonable, and the facility is also very nice. Futhermore, I also trust Dr. Lin's knoweldge in orthodoncture as well as dentistry. HOWEVER, the Doctor needs to be much more careful when hiring knoweldgeable, qualified dental assistants. Since the doctor gives patients little, if at all, attention after the first two visits, he needs to be aware of how some of his assistants are treating his patients, particularly on skill based work.

Dr. Lin runs a well oiled machine of an office. Always on time. I liked that I could observe all the treatments my children had from a bench near the chairs. Insurance covered all except deductible and he never charged anything after that. Good staff, well trained.
