Dr. Brown has taken care of all three of my girls. He really creates a wide beautiful smile and doesn't pull a bunch of teeth unless absolutely necessary. He know much more than just straightening teeth too. He helped me with my oldest daughter's breathing problem. His staff is very helpful and sweet. I feel like family....maybe it's because I have been there so long...but they are always a joy on the phone or in the office.

I saw Dr. Brown after my 11 year old son started traditional braces. My son typically is very fearful but Dr. Brown is so great with kids they have no problem. I was so impressed by the staff's care and service I decided it was long overdue for me to have braces too because of extensive tooth wear from crooked teeth and a bad bite. I now have Invisalign and the treatment is going very well. I would recommend this orthodontist very highly.

Dr. Brown is very nice. He gave me two free consultations and adjusted the tmj splint I used to wear for free. He told me that more than an orthodontist, I need an oral surgeon. Looking at my ceph xray, he showed me how far back by upper and lower jaw bones are. I have a very narrow airway and this could be the cause for my tmj pain and other health problems (fibromyalgia). I expressed my concern about surgery. He told me he has had a lot of patients get surgery and been advising it for certain people during his 30 years of practice. He showed me on his computer how I might look after the surgery (not too different). He gave me an oral surgeon to see. I talked to one of his patients who had the surgery but she wasn't the best one to talk to because she said she still doesn't have full motion in her jaw. I'm getting other opinions besides the one Dr. Smith referred me to.
Dr. Smith seems very trustworthy but I'm not sure i can handle driving out to Danville to see him for braces so I'm looking at orthodontists that are closer to me.

Dr Brown was referred to me by my dentist After interviewing him and another orthodontist in Walnut Creek I basically decided to go with Brown becuase he was less expensive. I am extremely disappointed with my decision. He broke 2 of my top front teeth while removing my braces. 2 large chips!! I am now paying $400. every 2 years to get my teeth re-bonded, and then Brown wants to charge me $400. for new retainers! And then he had the nerve to say that I should consider spending $8000 to have veneers put on.
Dr Brown has turned out to be a very expensive nightmare that I will never forget! I would stay very far away from him and I don't have a problem telling everyone tha I know. Pay a few extra dollars and go to someone that you won't regret for the rest of life!

Dr. Brown treated my daughter without the extractions that the other orthodontist had recommended. Her result is perfect.

Dr. Brown is such a good egg. I have had two kids go through the 'braces' treatment and both really enjoyed the experience. He is very honest and trustworthy.
Dr. Brown works to enhance the smile using the best methods. He makes it easy on the patient because he doesn't force the teeth to respond to treatment by using all kinds of contraptions; rather he makes small adjustments that allow the teeth to maneuver into the proper placement.
The cost is not outrageous and the service is excellent.
His knowledge regarding sleep apnea disorder and how the teeth can contribute to this problem is very informative.
I would highly recommend Dr. Robert Brown.

Dr. Brown has really transformed my looks. Everyone sees me and wonders if I have done any plastic surgery on my face. I look many years younger and now I have a big smile. I truly recommend him to everyone.
