I was referred to dr. Alexander by a co worker after I had complained about other orthodontists not wanting to help me w my complicated bite. Well he did it! He fixed my smile, I thanked him and left on about my business. Seven years later After getting married and having babies, I'm now bringing my daughter here (she got my teeth??). I've never forgotten them and remembered how kind and compassionate this office is. I hope he never ever leaves, he's one of a kind. P. S. This forum did NOT let me rate cost "fair". It made me rate at 4 in order to process the review. I'm so sorry dr. Alexander

Dr. Alexander is very personable and kind. He takes the time to treat his patients rather than having assistants do all of the work. His staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Recommend for adult ortho.

Horrible orthodontist. Disrespectful, careless, rude, and uninformative. Has injured me many times. Gets saliva all over my face by carelessly dragging his UNCHANGED gloves around my face - to clarify, I have noticed that he does NOT always change gloves between patients, which is unsanitary and I'm quite sure illegal. He treats me with incredible disrespect, and I don't even care that he has my money from advanced payment anymore - I cannot stand one more visit at Dr. Alexanders' office.

Doctor is good. But, the customer service is very poor. Once you sign the contract and payment terms are defined, they treat you like dirt. More than the doctor, everyone else gives opinions. It is very stressful to deal with his office. My friends are having second thoughts going to this office after listening to my troubles.

This is the b-e-s-t orthodontist I ever seen! My family has been to another orthodontist in this building and he was very rude and and did not even work on my child. Dr Alexander and his staff are fun, friendly and very outgoing. They made us feel like part of the family. Now my whole family see him. My husband is now starting Invisalign and is so excited with all the changes with his teeth. I just finised Invisalign and now I am bleaching my teeth. Everyone has noticed my beautiful smile and white teeth I feel like a new person. My two children are now in braces and they are clear and beautiful. Other kids did not even notice they had braces. Thank you for everything doctor Alexander you are the best!!!

His staff has a POLICY of scheduling appointments so that patients have to wait 30-60 minutes to be seen. It is inconsiderate, maddening, and not in tune with the busy lives of people in this day and age. Although he did good work, I would not recommend him or use him again.

This was the most negative place on earth! Staff is not happy the office staff VERY BAD.,....Dr was good but got to fix the Office staff will never go back will never tell anyone to go to him because of the staff...Pluss they changed the deal when they moved to new offices....

Time between appointments is becoming longer and longer (4 months now). The orthodontist said we'd be finished in 1.5 years. It's been 2 years and there has been very little progress because of the infrequency of appointments. The braces are loose and are not moving the teeth at all, just holding them in the current position.

I have done Invisalign with Dr. Alexander. He listened to all of my concerns and helped me to understand everything that was going on in my treatment. I have had a great experience in his office. The front desk lady helped me with my insurance and my flex plan. The girls who worked with the Doctor were really friendly and remembered everything that we talked about the month before at my last appointment it made me feel like they really listened to me and cared about what I said.

Friendly staff. Everyone is really nice and happy. My daughter really loves Dr. Alexander I have even done the invisalign. This is by far THE BEST ORTHODONTIST IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY!!!!! They helped me with all of my insurance. I felt like they helped me with everything
