He told me my son needs to put the retainer on for 1 year to adjust the bite first then put the braces on. He charged me $1,500 for one retainer. And now 1 year pass by he moved out from his office. My son lost 1 whole year to put the braces on and I lost $1,500. Each appointment is very long about 3 to 4 months and each appointment he only spent 2 second to see my son's mounth.

Worst dentist office I have ever seen.
Very little doctor's advice. They didn't change the ties for me for almost 3 month. No explaination for the progress. Very long intervals between each appointment, can be three months.
Serious accouting dishonest. They still charged my insurance even after I cancelled their service. Refused to send me my refund and medical records. Terrible experience with them.
