Previously, the office was headed by Dr Beck who mentored Dr Kaloust. Dr Beck is now retired and has handed down the office to Dr Kaloust. I had my braces done here during the transition (~2003). Overall, the treatment was somewhat costly, but for the premium, a patient receives the skill and expertise of an established office. The office did not offer every service (such as reshaping teeth to make them fit better), but had an excellent strategy for realigning my jaw (my number one priority). I am not knowledgable in the area, but they seemed to offer excellent tools for the procedure. For example, their braces featured small, but effective hooks, while other people I knew had much larger hooks which would cut into their jaws. They offered invisalign braces as retainers. Though my condition seemed somewhat serious, I found that I was typically more comfortable and underwent less pain than others. Their office is reasonably pleasant, with pleasant assistants. The office staff was friendly and helped to deal with any billing questions.
