The service i receive during my treatment at this orthodontist's office was awful. So unbearable that i could not take it anymore and leave in the middle of my treatment. My advice to whoever might decide to go to this orthodontist is to NOT GO. Here's my own experience hope it'll help you choose a better place for a beautiful smile:
In the beginning when my family came to visit the office and makes appointment with the orthodontist, he would make us wait 5 to 10 minutes which is reasonable. However, about 1 years after we've decided to start my orthodontic treatments at his place his service became poor. He would make appointments according to his schedule which is only in the morning when i have school. Even when i show up on time for these appointments each month, he would still make me wait for 1/2-1 hour long. There was this one time where he make me wait for 21/2 hours long because he was busy managing new patients and trying to get them to choose him as their orthodontists. Also, when something goes wrong, like when he insert my metal retainer too tight and it cut my gum causing an infection and me to have a fewer for 3 days, i was not able to contact him until 2 weeks after the infection. i don't recommend him at all.
