My son and I had a great experience with Dr. Mendivil! My son was not the easiest patient, but Dr. Mendivil was kind, gentle and patient! I would recommend him to anyone!

Has another office in AZ. Is unavailable for emergencies. Many times the staff did not return calls, even on the emergency number. Once a month Saturday appointments are only during the school year. Sloppy billing practices. Treatment went longer and tried to get additional monies out of me.
