I can't say enough good things about Dr. Auger and his staff. After just moving to the area from North Carolina, I found myself needing a minor repair to orthodontic work. From the moment I called, until after leaving from my appointment, my experience was nothing short of perfect. The staff was so kind, personable, and accommodating, the office was very clean and well maintained, and Dr. Auger was so pleasant. The pride he takes in his office and his work is reflected through his personality and the energy of those around him. My entire experience was painless from ease of scheduling (I called on Thursday and was offered an appointment same day), interaction with staff, and completion of repair. I would definitely recommend this practice to others seeking new treatment as well as completion of existing treatment and/or repair. While, it is my hope that I don't need additional orthodontic assistance, I would most certainly contact Dr. Auger's office for future appointments. Thanks, Dr. Auger!

When my daughter Lindsay went into Dr. Auger's office about 5 years ago, I never thought her teeth could ever be straight or considered "pretty". But I figured we needed to try to get close as close as possible. Instead of shrinking back in surprise when Dr. Auger first looked into her mouth, he absolutely portrayed the classic "I got this"! We immediately felt comfortable and knew we were in the right place. After oral surgery and two rounds of braces, she got her braces off on Thursday and she has beautiful teeth!!! It feels like a miracle. The staff in the office are amazing. Starting with the staff who helped with the financing, to the ability to make payments, to the front desk staff for appointments and check in and everyone in the back office....this is the best group of people. Lindsay actually looked forward to her appointments because the atmosphere that this team has created is one of comfort, friendliness and absolute confidence that you are in the right hands. Dr. Auger relates to the kids, is upbeat and friendly (Ohhhh, and a fantastic orthodontist!!) and every one of the girls that worked on her over the years made our experience beyond positive. We are so grateful to have such an amazing team caring for our kids. The office staff is always so friendly and professional and has come to feel like extended family to us. Our kids ALWAYS look forward to their visits with Dr. Auger. I appreciate his positve, easy interactions with his staff and patients as well as his expertise in his field. I work as a dental professional and I am confident to send my patients to see Dr. Auger as I know they will be happy with their experience and that they will receive ourstanding orthodontic care.
About Front Desk: The staff in Dr. Auger's office is professional and so kind. No staff turnover in this office. I've been bringing my kids here for over 7 years and the office staff has pretty much stayed the same. The creative effort made by the staff gives this office a fun, warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Dr. Auger and his entire staff are wonderful!!!! As a medical provider myself, I tend to have higher standards for others in the profession. Dr. Auger consistently exceeds my expectations; he is both talented and has a great "bedside manner." This is a difficult combination to find in a medical provider. I have been seeing him for over a year and a half now and he and his staff have never been anything but exceptional. I would never go anywhere else now that he has set the bar.

My boyfriend (a former patient also) was getting his braces through Dr.Augers office. I would go to appointment with him and realized that I would also like to fix my smile. I inquired about the Invisalign, i then received an invitation to go to an open house for the Invisalign! If I signed up the day of the open house I received $500 off (which I did, who can resist getting $500 off?). I was able to make an appointment to get started and fix my smile!! I had to have a few extra scans along the way to make sure everything was 100% straight but they continued to do an amazing job! I finished my Invisalign and received a permanent bottom retainer, after having it for a few months I hated it. I went in for my check up appointment and brought it to their attention and now it is being removed and replaced with a removable bottom retainer! I LOVE the staff of this office and would highly recommend them to anyone I know!! Great experience overall and I now have a PERFECT smile because of this office!!!!

Dr. Auger and his staff are AWESOME! They have totally changed the old "ugh I have to go to the orthodontist" line to "When do I get to go back to see Dr. Auger?". Everything about the office is positive--from the fun, festive and seasonal decor when you walk in the waiting room, to the smiles and friendly faces all around in the treatment area. Everyone is always professional and are genuinely concerned with your well-being. My family is glad we are lucky enough to have such an amazing orthodontist in our area! :)
