I had my braces done by Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is a very nice man but unfortunately the treatment he gave me and overall service wasn't very good. First, the office was very crowded with patients, in the waiting room and inside the treatment room. There's no private room, you lie on a chair and can see 3 other chairs next to you with patients there waiting for the dr as well. You can see the dr. working on that patient next to you. He goes from chair to chair, spent about 10 minutes on you and thats it. He's very nice but that setup is like an assembly line, no persona/throughl treatment but you're just get moved along and next another patient. The front desk wasn't friendly, very brief w/ you, like they need to get to next pt. Wish i knew better then and change dr because now im really paying for it
I found out recently i have maloocclusion. Its a condition common when you had braces before and the work was done without consider the muscles and joints of the face. Dr. Chen fixed my underbite but he might have moved my bottom jaw into an unnatural position. My teeth look nice, but cause me alot of pain. I have extreme neck pain past 2 years, difficulty swallowing. I eat very slow. Poor posture. Will cost me 3-4 K to fix this..

He does all the work by himself, he is very efficient, skillfull and responsive.
The only negative is the wait time.

He is very busy and has little time with patient, but does a good job with producing results.

He completely did my teeth horribly. It took two and a half years for results that ended with a slight crossbite and teeth that didn't have the natural overbite. Although his prices are more reasonable, you get what you pay for!

Price is reasonable. However, it was horrible to wait 30 - 40 min later than your appointment time for him to check your teeth. Ten or more patients are usually in the waiting room and around six patients wait inside the office area. It took forever for him to get to you.
