Dr Andrew Wong is very knowledgeable and caring. He makes you feel very comfortable and answers all questions. His staff is very friendly and helpful in making appointments.

Dr. Wong appears overbooked, so he is constantly going back and forth between patients. I was there for a crown, and it took over five hours. He talks nonstop, which some people may like but I found annoying. I also told him specifically that I find going to the dentist stressful and I don't want to hear about all the problems with my teeth--let's fix one thing at a time--yet he persisted in delineating every possible problem I might have. I won't go back.

Dr. Wong is a great orthodontist! He knows exactly what he's doing and informs his patients about everything he is about to do. He is very friendly, funny, easy-going and understands his patients really well. He's always happy to answer any questions, whether it be from his patient or another patient. My sister's orthodontist didn't answer her questions so she asked Dr. Wong and he clarified many things for us. Everyone there makes it such a comfortable place.
