My daughter just got her braces off, and her smile looks amazing! Because my daughter has mixed connective tissue disease, she has had problems with pain in her face and mouth. Dr. Gilbertson and his staff were always caring and gentle with her. They not only made sure she was comfortable, but they also made sure her experience at their office was fun with contests and great prizes. At every appointment they always took the time to come out and speak with me about what was done at her visit, so I always knew how her treatment was progressing. Dr. Gilbertson and his staff go above and beyond treating their patients with the professionalism and friendliness that you would expect from any doctor's office. They treat you like family.

I had braces as an adult and I am 100% satisfied with my results. The staff and Dr. were always friendly ,helpful, and prompt. Appointments were just what was expected and although the first day you were sore nothing ever hurt beyond a day. The office was very clean. Cost was right in line with other offices. This office makes you feel like you are part of a family by welcoming you on your first day and taking your before and after pictures. I would absolutely recommend this office and have to friends. My daughter is currently a patient.

They are very respectful of your time. Just as you sit down and pick up a magazine, they call your name.
