Incomplete work. Dr Gast was suppose to do a partial treatment for one year. After two years Dr Gast and Dr Griffin concurred that the job was done and would not complete the work they started. Second opinions from CDA concluded the work was incomplete but they said "they could not make me happy" instead of getting the job done. After a few letter and complaints Dr Gast said he would complete the job but only with a retainer after he promised me I had options. Also they never cared I was in pain like I am today. He just did not want me as his patient. TURN AWAY. I know others that they just took the bands off without finishing the work. Now my teeth are worse and I have to find a doc willing to fix my deep and crooked bite. I have documents to support what i say. Staff is friendly if they are not the bosses puppets.

I was told as long as i followed directions, my teeth would come out great. so i did everything i was supposed to and my teeth are perfectly straight. i will probably be able to stop wearing a retainer as soon as my wisdom teeth are removed.
he's a good orthodontis in my opinion. it worked well for me.
