Nice doctor, v friendly staff. Very bad parking situation. Used for my children and myself. I work in downtown Oakland and had I thought better beforehand, I would have gotten a downtown orthodontist.

Dr. Irving has treated all three of my kids. We have had real chllenge with two of them. Throughout each of them, my kids never once complained but often stated how they really liked him and his staff. I have to say it's an absolute pleasure to deal with Dr. Irving and his staff. We have known them for quite some time and would never consider recommending anyone else - he is the absolute best, just as his staff is.
