Dr. Adams is wonderful. I wish I could post pictures here. The before/after shots are amazing. I came to her about 3 years ago, with teeth that were literally rotting out of my head. I was on the streets/abusing substances for a number of years, and my teeth absolutely looked the part. For the last 3 years, Dr. Adams has worked through an extensive treatment plan and I'm now almost done. She's an artist. Plain and simple. I had many other dentists tell me that I might as well remove what few teeth remained and just get dentures. I'm only 30 -- I wasn't going to go down that path unless I was convinced there was no hope. Luckily, I found Dr. Adams and here I am today with a sparkling new grill that I'm proud to show off now. Yes, it was expensive. Of COURSE it was expensive. But it's worth every penny, because 1) it was virtually painless and 2) my self-esteem has gone up by leaps and bounds now that I don't have a mouth that looks like I chewed on rocks as a child. I'll never go to another doc as long as I'm in San Diego.

I went to Dr. Adams because I had a cracked tooth. Despite the fact that other dentist told me I had a "wait and see" case, Dr. Adams recommended Invisalign. I thought that it didn't make sense to move a cracked tooth, but I figured she was the expert. What a mistake. Not only did the initial cost of $2800 turn into over $5000, I developed another vertical crack in my tooth and will eventually lose it. She charged both me and my insurance company for work that was never completed. I am currently exploring ways to file complaints against her, including insurance fraud. Beware: it turns out she does most of her business selling Invisalign, even if you don't need it. She will also breach her contract and soak you for everything you have. Initially she will seem like an amazing dentist; because she will find all these things wrong with your teeth that other dentists could not find. . . that should have been my wake-up call. A true snake in the grass. She also does not take very many kinds of insurance.

I have sceen many dentists in my day's and Dr. Heather Adams is by far the best. She is very professional, open, honest, and knows exactly how to handle any dental emergency. I have never had such a good feeling when leaving a dentists office. She has proven herself to be a wonderful dentists that listens to her clients and is able to provide the care needed for any situation. Recently I had a crown break off and she was able to clean it up and put a temporary on it and encouraged me to follow up with the dentists who had origionally put this crown in (less than a year ago) as it would save me having to pay for a new crown all over again. I called the dentists who had put the crown in and he was more than happy to have me come back and he would get me a new crown at no charge. It wasn't that this dentists did a bad job or anything, it was just that it was a conservative crown on a molar which takes a lot of abuse - not to mention I grind my teeth at night and will now be using a mouth guard to help protect them from future problems like this. All in all Heather is a very good hearted professional who is truly concerned about her patients and their needs. So, with that if you want the best dentist call Dr. Heather Adams.

Dr Adams is an awesome dentist! She's super sweet and super skilled. She makes sure to check your teeth well and customizes treatments to your needs. She lets you watch dvd's while she works on your teeth and uses video images so that you can inspect your teeth before and after your session. Her clinic is clean and cozy and the staff is nice. The price is affordable, but I think that's relative to your insurance wherever you go anyway. I'm sure she'd accomodate you as best she can!

Dr. Adams is incredibly considerate and kind. She makes every effort to help her patients. She even saw me on Christmas Eve when I had a toothache. I have been going to her for years now, ever since my old dentist refused to see my son (who was a preschooler at the time) after a playground accident. He claimed he didn't have time! I made a blind call to Heather Adams and even though we weren't patients of hers at the time, she agreed to see my son. My family has been going to her ever since. She has dvd's to watch when you are waiting. Her costs are reasonable and the staff is kind.
