This dentist office is very professional and friendly. I really like the way the dentist talks to me and cleans my teeth. She has a very good 'chair-side' manner, and the other hygenists I've come into contact with have always been very sweet and caring. I made my boyfriend try them out and he's equally impressed with their care. I've gotten routine procedures like cleanings, xrays, and fillings and have only had to pay for one thing and they talked with me about the cost beforehand and offered me alternatives.

Dr. Vu and Dr. Hyunh are a great team. They are thoughtful, patient, efficient, gentle, and relaxing.
As a faculty physician at UCSF, I can attest to their outstanding health care.

most painful teeth cleaning experience, she was rushing to finish me! there was no real discussin about my checkup, very disapointing. i still have pain in my gums from the scraping. never going bakc.

Watch out for this clinic if you want to get a crown, especially front teeth. They put YELLOW temporary crowns on me while waiting for the real crowns to arrive and that took about 2 weeks. So I had to live with YELLOW front teeth stand out for 2 weeks. I was so upset and embarrased.
Also, they charge your insurance for their mistakes.
Other than that, Dr. Vu is very sweet and gentle. But quite rush when the next client is waiting.

I had a bad experience with this dentist and the staff. They did my teeth cleaning and didn't handle my insurance right and I had to spend alot of time fixing up the mess. The teeth cleaning was nothing special. I'm not going back.

Dr. Vu is wonderful! I have been seeing her for at least 7 years. She is gentle, methodical and knows her dentistry. She explains complex matters in easy laymen's terms. I used to hate dentists, but she has given me a new outlook.
