I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Guinn since April 28, 2010.
Her practice is the Smile Agency , she specializes in Facial Driven Orthodontics. Im having an orthodontic treatment with her, my clinical case is an open bite and a cross bite. Since I began visiting the office, my experience with Dr. Guinn and her team has been consistently great; they are very professional, devoted to the patients care and their well-being. Furthermore, her office equipment is top notch, everything is digital, and last generation panoramic x-Rays. I think its very important also to take this into account because it helps in the development and improvement of the treatment. One more thing; they always make sure that I have everything from my elastics to the instructions of how to take care of the braces. In cases of emergency, like missing a bracket, when I have called them, they gave me an appointment right away.
To conclude, I highly recommend Dr. Guinn and her practice, she is a professional you can trust, she is open-minded, you can talk to her openly about any concern regarding the treatment, she is very patient and always ready to offer the best of her and make you feel in a family and cozy environment.

Dr. Guinn is Awesome... She is so laid back and cool... She does not want you in braces if you don't want them. She will tell you "If you want them off, let me know, my job is to straighten your teeth, not babysit you. I used to miss a lot of apt. She is awesome if youre looking for someone that does not act like a stuck up doctor and knows their business.

I have been with this office for years and I am very dissatisfied. Assistants do 98% of the work and 98% of the workers are rude, including Karen Guinn. I was charged for appliances that were never given to me. Patients are herded like cattle, so it is very clear that this office values quantity over quality.

I would recommend anyone (adult or child) for orthodontic treatment through Dr. Guinn. She is excellent! The staff is so incredibly pleasant and professional. They really go out of their way to accomodate you and to make you feel comfortable. The office is very high tech. They even offer video games for the kids to keep them occupied during treatment. Dr. Guinn is genuinely concerned about all her patients and exhibits unsurpassed chair-side manners. I've treated with Dr. Guinn for more than 2 years and am very happy with the care I have received through her office.
