The plan is fine, the price is reasonable, but we the office never makes a phone call the day before, to remind patients of the upcoming appointment. Appointments are very difficult to schedule and if you are 15 minutes late, you must reschedule. We usually wait 30-40 minutes to see the doctor.

Dr. Marshak is probably the best orthodentist that I have come across. Not only is he very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient...he is very down to earth. I went to him to get my upper teeth realigned since it got shifted after my first braces about 20 years ago. After first exam which is $50, you will be sent to a x ray lab to get the xrays for your teeth so that Dr. Marshak can determine what needs to be done. After that, a mold is made for treatment and future retainers. Every visit is enjoyable...however, one thing I dislike is the front desk lady who seems to very impatient... Maybe it's just me.

I was a transfer client from another orthodontist. I had consultations with multiple orthodontists in Pasadena before seeing Dr. Marshak. He charged A LOT less than all the other providers. Everyone who works in the office is friendly and they all have cheezy, wonderful humor. He's been great and I'm thankful I transferred to him - It saved me thousands of dollars! He prepared me for jaw surgery and is currently doing the follow-up work.
