Dr. Henry was my orthodontist in early High School, before I moved out of Poway to a different area of San Diego. Can't say I was the biggest fan of getting braces but after it was done, I don't regret it a single bit because now I have a perfect smile! The issue I had was an overbite that needed to be corrected and some spacing issues on my top teeth that Dr. Henry was able to fix! I felt my treatment was a success and, and was well taken care of. I would, and have, recommended Braces by Henry's office to my friends.
About Front Desk: Cheryl was an awesome lady, as well as the rest of the stafff. They made scheduling a breeze, especially with their shuttle van that picked us up from school to go to appointments!

My opinion: Stay away!
Nice facilities, polite staff, and a charming practitioner. We thought we were in good hands for my daughter's care.
The results: A screwed up bite, many recommendations for additional and expensive care, and now we start all over again with a new dentist.
I'm sure this happens sometimes, especially volume practices where assistants do most the work. But in this case Dr. Henry refused a refund and we sure aren't letting him back in her mouth.
In my opinion, find someone less busy and more focused on patient care. Looks like our experience will wind up in court!
Cost of care is an estimate, we are nto certain. Especially now that we have to pay someone to correct the work.

What a great place to go. I had a minor tongue thrust issue and retainers took care of it. I have two friends with serious bite issues and their teeth now look gorgeous. I highly recommend Dr. Henry and my two boys will go there when they are older.

I dont have one complaint with Dr. Henry. This is the second round for me with braces due to TMJ and I put all of my trust in him and his wonderful staff members. It is a pleasure being a patient there. I have about 2 years to go... so lets see in the end... all smiles here :)
