Dr. Jackson gave my daughter the most perfect smile!! She had braces for a little over a year and now she loves smiling. She treated my daughter very individually, creating a specific treatment plan while being the most cost effective. She is always available if you have an emergency and accommodates our busy schedule very well. Her staff treat my daughter amazingly and I highly recommend going to see her!! She's great!!!

Dr. Jackson saved the day! After my son suffered a dental injury, Dr. Jackson met us at her office on a Saturday night to examine my son. She went above and beyond by contacting our general dentist's emergency line, and when she didn't receive a response, made calls to another dentist to ensure that the work she performed that night would complement the additional care he would need the following week. Her caring demeanor was just what he needed, and she was able to calm him down and reduce his anxiety. Dr. Jackson was very thorough and even took x-rays to make sure that she covered every aspect of the treatment he would need that night. Using the materials that she had available she was able to make him comfortable, and he walked out of her office smiling and pain-free. If it were not for her immediate action and willingness to take charge, my son would have not only suffered in pain throughout the weekend, but he would also likely have needed more invasive treatment the following week. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Jackson, and I am grateful for her wonderful care.

There are no words to describe how happy I am for my daughter because of the braces from Dr. Jackson! My girl was very afraid of just regular dental cleanings and x-rays before. From the time her braces went on till the removal, Dr. Cynthia Jackson and her wonderful staff made her feel extremely at ease with her teeth. She looks like a new young lady and smiles more now than ever before. Thank you so much Dr. Jackson for your wonderful ways and her wonderful new smile!!!!

Office is very clean and neat. She never overbooks, if you have a appt you will be seen on time. Friendly staff very helpful. I would highly recomend her to anyone.

I first started seeing Dr. Jackson for my daughter when she was 4 years old because she had twisted front teeth from sucking on her finger, and her teeth were very crowded. Dr. Jackson designed a "butterfly" like device for her front two teeth and then used expanders, so she had a minimal time in braces later on. This not only made her happy to spend relatively little time in braces (one year, when other orthodontists expected 2 to 3 years), but was also much more economical. For my son, he had 1 1/2 years in braces, and was neglectful with his retainer ( as teenagers can be) so when he was upset that his front teeth were separating, she placed a single wire between his two front teeth (behind them so no one can see it) and they look great again. What I like about Dr. Jackson is that she solves problems on an individual basis, she keeps them in braces a minimum period of time to do the trick, and both my kids' teeth look great.

I spent two years in braces with Dr. Jackson. The office and staff were extremely friendly, clean, and easy to talk to. There was pain involved with my braces of course but the staff was incredible at minimizing pain. I never thought twice about going in to get a "pokey wire" snipped off. I am extremely happy with the results the braces have given me. Highly Reccommend!!

Dr Jackson recommended a treatment plan that did not work. For simple corrections the plan has taken over 3 three years and required 3 unsuccessful surgeries. I would NOT recommend anyone use Dr. Jackson.

This is the fisrt I have tried since moving to san diego, It was a good experieince overall. Really caring and respectful.
