Great staff and Doctor! I just compleated my treatment and I can't stop smiling!! I would recommend Dr. Thomas to everyone out there! He is the best!

Dr. Thomas's prices are fair. Especially for the orthodontic treatment itself. The retainers, should you happen to lose them, however, cost an arm and a leg. But I think that might be the case everywhere.
I went in with a very exotic case, that the 3 other orthodontists I visited told me I would need major surgery for. Dr. Thomas told me he'd like to try to fix it without surgery with his Damon system.
In two years, he fixed 100% of my underbite, and I would say about 90% of my crossbite, without surgery. I am very happy with the results, and my profile and smile can't even be compared to the way they looked before.
Solid guy, Dr. Thomas. If you're in the Poway/Rancho Bernardo area, I highly recommend you visit with him.

Dr. Thomas has done an awesome job so far on my teeth as well as my daughters teeth. He and his staff came so highly recommended that we traveled the 300 miles from Las Vegas for the inital consultation and we were treated so well by Dr. Thomas and his staff and now we travel that 300 miles every 10 weeks for treatment. I saw drastic changes in my teeth in the first 6 weeks of treatment and continue to see great improvements. I would recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone thinking of getting braces and it is worth the drive from Las Vegas! Thank you Dr. Thomas and staff.

Dr, Thomas has seen 3 of my children through full braces. We tried another Orthodontist with the second child who needed braces and the hardware was so painful we had to have them removed within a month. The method he uses leaves perfect teeth and an attractive jawline. My 2 sons are very close to having their braces removed and their teeth look perfect. Dr. Thomas actually gets excited about the good results he creates. I'd highly reccomend him to anybody in the Poway area.

Both of my children have been patients with Dr. Thomas for orthodontic care over the past 3 years. I highly recommend this office for several reasons. To start with, the office environment is welcoming and cheerful and helps to set timid children at ease. Kids enjoy the fish tank, the munchies, and prizes. Dr. Thomas and staff are family and community focused and sponsor several family fun events throughout the year. The pricing is reasonable and Dr. Thomas works with each family to set up a payment plan that works for them. Most importantly, I appreciate the knowledge and expertise that Dr. Thomas brings to his patients. My children each have dental challenges that have required some creative care. My son has a bleeding disorder that prevented extraction and my daughter has permanent teeth coming in at an alarming angle. Dr. Thomas is doing a great job working with these constraints. In addition there have been a few urgent situations when an appliance or bracket has broken and we have appreciated Dr. Thomas' flexibility and availability on short notice. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Thomas and staff and look forward to straight teeth and beautiful smiles on my children's faces.

Dr.William Thomas has done an amazing job with my first son's mouth and now he is taking care of my second son. The office staff is friendly and the incentives they give their patients is amazing. My kids actually look forward to going to the orthodontist. I would highly recommend him.

My son had braces done by Dr. Thomas and we are very happy with the results. My son only had to have them on for about a year due to a new system recommended by Dr. Thomas. Great staff, they are always very cheerful and willing to answer questions.

My daughter had finished her orthodontics at another Dr.'s office but when she lost her retainer we went to see Dr. Thomas to replace it. He noticed a few teeth that were still not in line. She wore top braces again for about 3 months. the difference is AMAZING, he not only got those angles straight, but her whole smile is different, meaning BETTER! wow, I wish we had found DR. THomas years ago. The facilities are open and welcoming, the staff is over the top polite, helpful and personable. Highest recommendation!

AMAZING!!! My son got his braces removed today. Sounds trivial but not at all in this case. A year and half ago we relocated to San Diego from Israel. Our son began his treatment in Israel. His case was a challenging one and switching orthodontists in the middle of the process was really tough. Dr. Thomas and his staff were absolutely great. The highest level of professionalism; presenting the facts and the alternatives even when they sound less positive than what you would want to hear; driving to perfection even when the parents (me) are pushing to remove the braces; and above all, a feeling of true partnership in the best interest of our son.
