Dr. Crafton, is very gentle and knowledgeable. He explains everything befor he does the work. His office is clean and if your appointment is at a certain time, be on time. I remember this one time I needed to have a cavity taken care of, Doctor Bill was so good I could actually SLEEP while he did the drilling (can you imagine that SLEEP) and also his staff warms the water just a bit , so you dont have that ice cold chill. Dr. Bill Crafton get's 5 + stars in my book

Very thorough, great work. Other dentists recognize the excellence of his work. Tells you what he is doing throughout the procedure. Pleasant environment. If a referral to a specialist is required, the dentist he refers you to is always excellent.

I have been going to Dr Crafton for a long time. Just moved back to San Diego after 4 years and the staff still remembered me. Very good Dentist, communicates very well, and very friendly staff.
