My two daughters have been patients in phases of Dr. Fong for the past ten years. One of my daughters had a two phase process which minimized the extent of impact for orthodontic work during the first phase until her jaw grew. The care that both kids received was wonderful!!! The staff is very caring and considerate. Recently, one of my daughters admitted to not wearing her retainer. Dr. Fong saw her on very short notice and stablized the situation with new retainers. I can't thank Dr. Fong, Angie and Gee enough!!! I have recommended Dr. Fong to a number of my friends and their children have all had great results. If your interest is uncompromised care for your child then you must come to see Dr. Fong.

Her price for my treatment was the same as other orthodontists as I've had two other consultations to find an orthodontist that I liked and understood what I wanted. I wore braces as a teen and had my top and bottom front teeth shift after my wisdom teeth came in. She was quick, competent and able to provide me options and a payment plan.

Dr. Fong treated our 2 children. In my opinion, the treatment was not worth the money spent, and thank goodness we stopped additional treatments she recommended! It appeared that she was more interested in making money than providing quality treatment. She also delegates a great deal to her staff, including her receptionist whom she expects to provide treatment recommendations/consults. Finally, woe to anyone who tries to transfer to another orthodontist and take their medical files, etc with them: she won't release them! This includes x-rays, photos and moulds that you have already paid for
