Dr. Kenneth Kai is great and his staffs are cool. But now it's hard to schedule an appt with him because he does not open on friday anymore. It would have been nice if he told me in the beginning instead of changing his time in the middle of my treatment. Now it's like I can't find another orthodontist because I'm midway done. So I have to go according to his schedule now, which sucks. The biggest complain I have about his practice is that when I chose him to be my orthodontist and pays him, I thought he'll be my orthodontist for my whole treatment. But then I get bounce around with 2 other orthodontists who just started working and I was not informed or at all aware of this change that was going to take place during consultation. Dr. Kenneth Kai should have ask his patients before he did this because when I decided to get treated at his practice, I am paying to get treatment from Dr. Kenneth Kai because he showed me how successful he was with his past patients. But now I am not getting what I originally paid for.

He is fantastic and very experienced. You should go to him for all your dentistry problems. It's very good to go to him because it's cheap.

I was his patient. He promised me a treatment of 1 1/2 year. It actually took more than 4 year without success. As a result, I lost a lot of jaw bone and my teeth now is weaker than ever. I have to wear the plastic retainer until I don't know when to support my teeth. I strongly do not recommend anyone to him. I was about to sue him but I could not find any lawyer who was expert in this medical field :(. So he refunded my money and I have to keep the mental scar as well as the physical damage to my dental. The cost is not cheap. I had to pay $6000 for my treatment and the expenses during 4 years of treatment with him. I started the treatment with him when I was 27 and now I am 32. My teeth is worse than before. The worst concern right now to my dental health is that I do not have a strong bone to support all my teeth and they can loosen up and fall off. I cannot chew anything tough anymore and I am now having jaw clicks.
