Dr. Stepovich and his staff treated 2 of my sons when his office was in Morgan Hill, through 2 phases of treatment. They are now 21 and 17 and have beautiful teeth. In fact, my 17-year-old is KNOWN for his smile, all fabulous teeth!! Thank you to the Dr. and his friendly, professional staff. They are first-rate and businesslike. I don't need staff of a dr trying to make conversation and be my friend about my personal life as so many do nowadays, trying to win people over. Just perform your job and win patients over the professional way! Thanks DOC.

My son has been in braces for 3-1/2 years, was supposed to be 2. Can't get a straight answer when treatment will be finished. Numerous times we sat for 2 hours waiting, extremely poor scheduling and customer service. Look elsewhere!

I regret ever coming to this place. My braces are $5800, which is ridiculous - plus he made me remove 2 teeth which was $700 and not even necessary in my opinion. Then I needed to get a root canal - solely due to getting braces.
Honestly, I think my teeth looked better before treatment. Keeps postponing taking off my braces. Told 2 yrs max. ALWAYS waiting for service- they overbook big time. Sometimes I am there over 2 hours for something that should take 30 minutes. Once I had to go 4 days in a row because the doctor kept messing up! I can't wait until I get my braces off so I won't have to go there so often. I think his dental assistant knows more than he does. Also, he has his office assistant working on patient's teeth - which is totally inappropriate. The doctor is really rough on your mouth. I hate it there sooo much. I think he is past his prime and doesn't know what he is doing!
DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely rushed and double booking do not recommend. There is no privacy and wait can be over a hour as you watch the doctor work on someone else next to you. The treatment is rushed and was left with many cuts on inside lip and cheek. At first I thought the service would improve over time but it is nearly reaching 3 years and every single visit has been the same. During most visit there are up to 5 people waiting for their turn.

The after appointment calls to see how I'm doing are great, nice to know that Dr. Stepovich and staff care about thier patients.

I got my braces there. I showed up in 6th grade, and they told me it would take two years to fix my overbite. After 6 years of braces, they took them off after turning my overbite into a cross bite. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I, my son and daughter are under Dr. Stepovich treatment.
The treatment for anyone of us already took more than two times more compared to what was promised ... and we don't know how much time we'll be tortured by him.
We're very upset and would not recommend this doctor.
