I paid $600 in advanced for retainers (i.e. regular wires or one set of Vivera for one year). I needed a dental work in my lower jaw and she decided to use my $600 to order one set instead of four. Then I had to pay extra $780 for the new system of four retainers.
When I asked why I just got one pair of retainers the receotionist kept saying "we did what we had to do... Everything is perfectly transparent, etc."
Never gave me a satisfactory explanation.
DO NOT GO THERE AND NEVER PAID IN ADVANCED YOUR RETAINERS. KEEP THAT MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT RATHER THAN IN HERS.
About Front Desk: The worst sfaff ever, especially a lady named Diana. She even threatened with charging $80 if I continue asking questions.

Dr. Law is an outstanding Orthodontist who goes out of her way to help us understand and guide us through the orthodontic process. I have recommended her to our friends and family as an excellent well trained Orthodontist. Friendly, fun and always happy to see us.
About Front Desk: Dr. Law's friendly staff is always accomodating and very personable. Great assistants and front desk is eger to work with our busy schedules!

I have had braces that I had put on by Dr. Law. I feel that things have gone on longer then they should have and that she is taking more time then is needed.

I am currently undergoing orthodontia work with Dr. Law. She and her support staff take time to discuss options and present you with all available options. She goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service fitting me into her schedule even on short notice whenever there's a need. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend her to others.
