I made an appointment with Dr. Licht for potential treatment. I was not told they charge for consultation. He saw me for a few minutes, spoke a few medical terms to his assistant as though to justify the fact that he was about to charge me. As I was about to leave, I was told I owe $60. That was preposterous considering they never gave me notice of any potential charges, especially considering it was such a simple consultation. I left feeling very disappointed.

My daughter was a patient of Dr Licht. He consulted on a procedure to straighten her teeth. The beginning balance he listed in our monthly payment book turned out to be $1,500 less than what he demanded at the end of our service. We made the payments, he wanted more. He had listed over $750 in late and missed appointment fees. The reason for those missed appointments was the fear my daughter had of him as he would pressure her for money each time she came in for an appointment, He shows a kind and caring demeanor, but under the surface he is all about the money. When I called to make a settlement with him, he would not agree to an amount unless, I paid him two $250. payments. In the end I had to go to another orthodontist to finish up the treatment.

Dr. Licht is the best. We've had an absolutely wonderful experience with him, his staff and his treatment. He takes the time to explain every detail. He will call you at home at night or on weekends to make sure things are okay and he returns calls promptly! He even worked out a great payment plan since we didn't have ortho coverage. He really seems to be an expert in his field with years of experience.

Absolutely wonderful, caring and so genuinely concerned. My children are in the best care with Dr. Licht!!!

Keeps appointments and is friendly, but either GROSSLY underestimates time needed or gains something by keeping kids too long--years after teeth look perfect in some cases. After I insisted braces be removed from my daughter, "miraculaously" they were then ready to be removed.

When I look at before and after pictures of my daughter's smile after Dr. Licht's work, I want to cry - and NOT tears of joy. In my opinion, (1) he ruined her smile and (2) much of what he did is irreversible. I don't regret much in my life, but I do regret ever meeting Dr. Licht!

This is the best Orthodontist. He is very nice and easy to talk with. His staff is great.
