Had severe TMJ symptoms from an auto accident and required reconstructive jaw surgery. Dr. Berger came highly recommended per Los Angeles Magazine peer survey. He co-managed my care with my surgeon. I received top notch care and his office exceeded my expectations. No further orthodontic care has been necessary - 25 yrs. later. I have a beautiful smile and proper occlusion that's lasted me a lifetime. Now, my daughter needs braces to correct a cross-bite. I'm not taking her to just anyone and returned to Dr. Berger last year (2012). He performed a Comprehensive Oral Exam, took Diagnostic Digital Photos and X-rays (at his expense), gave a Written Estimate of Cost, and offered many discounts to fit our budget. There were No Hidden Charges and No Pressure to Commit. (You know what's included in his price and his quote was good for 3 months.) She began treatment and we're both very satisfied. Dr. Berger is still the Best and his staff is highly trained, friendly, and professional. Don't settle for just "good enough or the cheapest initial cost". You or your child deserve better. Remember, the Wise-man said, "You get what you paid for."
About Front Desk: We're greeted by name, with a smile, and haven't had any difficulty scheduling visits. Phone calls are returned. The tone of any business is set from the "top down". Dr. Berger is awesome and professional, therefore, so is his office staff.

Stay away from this office. They will rip you off. The girls in the front office are very unfriendly and rude. This doctor will charge you twice and give you have the service. Stay away from Dr. Jeffrey Berger - take your money before they rob you. They start you with one price and then they keep on asking you for more and more money - the total treatment cost will run you about 40% higher than what you agreed and the front desk clerks are collection agency experts...
