I have been a patient of Dr. Mascola for a little over two years, and have always felt comfortable with him and his staff. Everytime I have had a question Dr. Mascola took his time explaining things to me. I never felt foolish for asking. His staff is great. I remember I had a problem with my insurance company, and kept getting put on hold by my insurance company. As a busy mom, it is difficult to find a minute for myself. Let alone an hour to clear up things with an insurance company. I talked to Dr. Mascola's office manager Maria about it, and just like that she took care of it for me. She was wonderful.

First I want to say that Dr. Mascola ROCKS!!! He is so caring and nice, not to mention how patient he is. Next, I would like to say what an outstanding staff he has on board with him. Everyone is so gentle and polite, and they all have wonderful personalities! If I ever needed to have braces put back on, I would go to Dr. Mascola in a heartbeat!

I Have only been a patient of Dr. mascola for about a year now, he's so great he always asks how im doing he answers all of my questions and makes them understandable. He's kind and always conversates with patients and thats what makes a great orthodontist!
