I'm so glad to add my very enthusiastic "2 thumbs up" review of Dr. Roncone and his very excellent staff! My family has known Dr. Roncone since 1997, back when I first got my braces, and was so pleased that when it came time for my 2 boys to get their braces, there was no question that Dr. Roncone would be their orthodontist as well! My oldest son finished his treatment a few years ago and has a perfect, beautiful smile!! And now my youngest is in the middle of treatment for his braces and the excellence continues! I also want to say that Dr. Roncone, his wife and staff have a very wonderful way of relating to their clients...very warm and caring. And that, on top of the excellent work they do, is a huge reason to love this office - and we do!

I would not recommend Dr. Roncone's work. His facility is nice and his staff is professional, but his treatment was not successful. When the time came to remove the braces, there were still some visible issues with the placement of the teeth, but Dr Roncone tried to convince us it was very close to perfect and we should be satisfied. After we got a second opinion, he finally agreed that more could be done. By this time, we didn't feel comfortable working with him and found another orthodontist to complete the treatment. This second orthodontist proved to be very capable and delivered exactly the results he promised.
From what we saw, Dr. Roncone doesn't spend enough time with his patients and is not committed to a high standard. He doesn't listen very well and doesn't give clear, complete answers to questions. He appears to be more interested in his image among his colleagues than in actually doing a good job for his patients. Although he tries to give the impression that he is an expert, his work is actually mediocre.

Dr. Roncone was recommended to me, and he is the only orthodontist I will ever recommend to my friends. He is truly remarkable! He always made me feel comftorable when I was in his chair, and he put me at ease when he was working on me. Visiting his office was like visiting family! Everyone was extremely friendly and supportive. Ever since I got my braces off, I cannot stop staring at my beautiful smile! Thank you again!

My story begins when I was a baby. My mom would get really bad headaches that she called migraines. They would get so bad that she would have to call my grandma to come and take care of me. Someone told my mom about Dr. Roncone and after a few years of therapy he got rid of her TMJ that was causing the headaches. When my teeth started coming in all crooked my mom said she knew just where to take me!
Dr. Roncone has worked with me the past few years. I am now 11 years old and just got my braces off. My mom says my teeth look beautiful! I like Dr. Roncone's office because everyone is always friendly and gentle when working on my teeth. There are fun video games to play and the wait is never long. Thank you Dr. Roncone!

This is the one. Have you ever wanted the best on earth? This facility is a learning experience. Everything is on paper and accuracy is the science. Perfect friends in a perfect world. Learn how to get success in college while listening to his staff of absolute professional Southern California Licensed Professionals. Confidence is something within and he keeps the smiles up. I definitely recommend Dr. Roncone to others with satisfaction at A+.

I have heard of Dr. Roncones name for many years . At 44yrs. old I interviewed and went to several Dr.'s for a consultation and price quotes to decide who I should choose to get my braces with. When I went to Dr. Roncones office, I immediately knew he was the Dr. for me. He is extremely knowledgable and advanced in his profession and he understood and knew how to work with all my ailments, I felt confident and comfortable in him and his entire staff. The cost was in line for the services provided. I look forward to going to my appt's and visiting with the staff. All my phone calls were answered immediately. This is a well managed office, the staff seems very happy with their jobs which comes from the top down. Dr. Roncone is the only ortho I would suggest anyone to go to.

He is the BEST!! I have 5 children, 3 have or had worn braces by Dr. Roncone, the ONLY choice. It was such a pleasure to have such extremely thorough and professional care with my kids, I also got braces. This is not a pleasurable thing to do for a grown up, but with the comfort of his office and the beautiful outcome, at age 50, after 20 months, I finally had a smile to show off! Seriously, the office is like a sanctuary for this busy Mom, VERY relaxing, and no one knows orthodontics like the inventor Roncone! No one should look for a "cheap" orthodontist -- I am not wealthy -- Dr, Roncone made it affordable, but not "cheap." My family is worth having the best IF the best can even be found close to home -- miraculously, it was right in Vista!! Best decision I ever made!! :)

Dr. Roncone has saved me from my daily headaches. My eyes would melt, and it was so hard to do my daily functions let alone sell real estate with a headache. My daily pain included tension in my neck and shoulder which would radiate down my left arm and cause my hand to throb. The discomfort was unbearable. Everyday my pain would get the best of me and after struggling to get through work, I could not have a social life. My fiance would invite family and friends over to dinner or for an outing on our boat, but I couldn't take the pain. I would try to socialize for an hour or two, but then ended up in bed taking an over abundance of Advil and Excedrine migrane just to cope. I've spent thousands of dollars with other "specialists" who would built me a night guard and send me on my way. I've also had braces several times to try and correct this painful problem. From the beginning, Dr. Roncone was supportive and very compassionate about my problem. He has been, and continues to be very supportive. After the first week of treatment my headaches went away. The tension in my neck, shoulders and hands have completely gone away. Now I'm at the end of my TMJ treatment and I feel that I can live again. I am pain free! Thank you Dr. Roncone!

have been under the care of Dr Roncone since June 2008. The professionalsm of Dr Roncone and his staff is simply outstanding!
The level of Customer Service is second to none. Every appointment is on time, if not early, and extremely accomodating as I live
100 miles away from the office, but well worth the journey, considering the level of treatment received once I arrived at the office. I am seeing Dr Roncone due to TMJ and my circumstance was extreme. Dr Roncone recommended my surgeon, and they were in constant contact in my case as far as prognosis, healing and care.
Dr Roncones staff are a credit to his practice, I get to use my new smile everytime I am in the office, as the girls have become family during the course of my visits, courteous, polite, gentle and understanding are just a few words to describe their work!
It is my priveledge to recommened Dr Roncone to anyone, a small child or adult, and would be happy to talk to anyone who would like to ask me questions in regards to choosing Dr Roncone for treatment, my only questions would be why wouldnt you? It will be the best health care descision you could make!

He had me in Ortho for 5 years. Now I have root absorption and my teeth are not straight. He is a good salesman, but a poor Othodontist.
