Dr. Peng is a very sincere and knowledgable orthodontist. Her background in the field and past patients allow me to place the utmost confidence in her work. I have seen what she has done and the finished result looks great. Her attitude is always positive and she is always honest with you.
About Front Desk: The front desk is so flexible and nice. They are always accommodating and remember things about you showing they really care.

This is what happened.
My eight-year-old has under bite. So I took him to Dr. Peng. The first appointment was ok. My son got his retainer on. After two days, his under gum where near the right "feet" of his retainer got swollen and darker red around. And he complains about pain. So I took him back to office hope Dr. Peng can help this eight-year-old. Right after I state the problem and my concern, she looked at me and said this as her first word:" Do you want your money back? I can give you your money back!" and she turned to my son said "I can took all the retainer out and you don't need to come again!" .......? My son had went through all the initial torture lab work just for quitting?
The next three appointment basically the same, threaten to my son to quit on him because he was not lay there like a log, because he begged her for a little "loose". My son has went through two month wearing two retainer at same time in his month. Do you think it is easy for an eight year old?
The fifth appointment become seriously wrong. And hence the last one for my son. After I asked a term for a device in the field to her staff! Not even her, she overheard it and said this: "I have to deal with you? And I have to deal with him?" now how much can you take as a customer? And the look she gave me...
So I decided to take all my dollars back. Gee, I am so rich! I wish I never started here. The last meeting was only time she actually highly praised my son for being cooperative. How ironic! When we decided never come back!
It is pain to look back what happened to me.

very very very friendly, really treats you like a human being, and always pleasant. a very clean place
