I'm not happy with Dr. Son's treatment as well as his attitude toward patients.He's not listening to his patients.He promised that we would do some fine tuning and we can discuss what improvements that we can make.Yet,he never gave me a chance to discuss with him.He URGES me to take my braces out ASAP,even though I'm not happy with it.He said that he will charge me more or will give my case to another doctor.If I have known that,I would have gone to another doctor.Why do I go to him and let him transfer me to another doctor?I paid for the whole treatment and I should be able to get the whole treatment until it finishes.It's really immoral to do so!!

I will not recommend Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen and his staff hardly ever explained the treatment plan except during the first consultation. I would be so stressed out because they would ignore my questions and just kept working on my teeth. I had to make separate appointments to ask questions. At the end, I was not happy with the result because I can't bite down on food with my front teeth. When I went back asking about the result, Dr. Nugyen told me this was the best he could do. I was ever told this would be the end result of the treatment. Now other doctors told me that I would either need to get braces again or get a jaw surgery to fix this.

I am not happy with the result of Dr. Nguyen's procedure on my teeth. Before the procedure, I already told him what my apprehensions are, but he still did not care, and the end result is devastating.

Dr. Son Nguyen is an orthodontist who is well versed in his field of study.
He has state of the art technology and is able to determine exactly how long your treatment will last.
His rates are reasonable and his staff is professional, courteous and friendily.
His clientele is ethnically and culturally diverse, which tells you alot about his character. Dr. Son Nguyen has a genuine concern for patient care. He is one of a kind.
