I wanted to write a short review after putting my 3 teenagers in braces for several years. We have been patron's of Dr. Wong's over the course of my 3 kid's 'braces' time frame. He and his staff were fabulous right from the beginning. They sat w/me and explained the whole financial process before we had a single visit. The great part of the whole process is you estimate your child's orthodontal needs and their office estimates total $ needs. You then simply pay that designated fee each month... rather than getting a bill dependent on each visit. You know what to expect and when the payment time frame is finished even if there were add'l follow up visits.. we did not pay for additional services. The work Dr. Wong did was exceptional and his staff always 'gentle' and helpful. The front desk was very clear on making appointments...wonderful/easy to deal with if we had to cancel or rearrange appts... and extremely helpful in working with us on insurance payments.
Highly recommend the experience to anyone who needs comprehensive orthodontal care!

I was referred to Dr. Wong by my dentist to have braces put in. It is not easy to have braces when you are 30-something, but I desperately need it to chew correctly.
Dr. Wong gave me a very detail evaluation and answered all of my questions. I paid my treatment in advance to get a discount, which was great, and I got some reimbursement thru my insurance at the time. The staffs are nice, and my appointments are always very timely and fast. The clinic is clean, but not like a spa. But all the treatment chairs faces skylight windows that opens to the tree-filling courtyard of the complex - it is relaxing for me.
The clinic use newer hardware, so I only had to come every three weeks for replacing rubber bands / adjustments. When anything fell off, they get me in fast to replace hardware. Most of the technicians are good, but I remembered one of them is a little clumsy (but not like hurtful or anything.)
My treatment course was set for 18-24 month, and they took my braces down in around 20 month. My teeth look great and I can chew fine now!
