Both my son and daughter go to Dr. Urbaniak and he is outstanding! My sons teeth are PERFECT after 2 yrs of treatment and my daughters braces are due off in December (ahead of schedule). The staff is very FRIENDLY and go above and beyond assisting with apptmt changes, etc. The facility is spotless and friendly to kids (of all ages). I am very impressed with Dr. U and his staff and highly receommend them for families with children who need braces or dental work.

The staff was very rude and pushy. The work done was OK, but I just can't work with the staff. In particular, one of the treatment coordinators. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Very expensive, rude office staff and had another Dr. look at our teens mouth for review on Dr. Urbaniak's work, and they also agreed he made a mistake...which is permanent, unless we get braces again! Dealing with their office staff was a 3 ringed circus. Not returning with our other child. So upset. Wish someone had left a negative review so I would have considered it. Surprised he has 9 good reviews.

My two boys have been patients of Dr. Urbaniak, Landgren and Pankratz for 12 years. The doctors and staff are so kind and generous with their time. No question goes unanswered. The results of their hard work are obvious--I've watched them transform from buck teeth and gap toothed preteens to handsome young men with beautiful smiles. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Urbaniak, Landgren and Pankratz to my friends and family.

My children are 15 and 18 now, but we have been going to Dr. Urbaniak and his team since they were toddlers. The staff is fun and kind while remaining professional. A great experience all around for little ones and teens alike!

My daughter has had her first full treatment with Dr. Urbaniak. The have a lot of fun while in the office. Dr. Urbaniak is always cracking jokes, wearing funny hats, having contests for the kids, etc. But the work of getting the teeth straightened is serious business. They are very clear about the plan and what they can and can't do. I would HIGHL recommend this ortho team.

HOLY COW!! These guys are incredible! Dr. Jim makes going to the orthodontist FUN! He and his staff, have worked magic on both our kids teeth. He's a perfectionist when it comes his practice. His attention to detail is amazing. The entire office staff is professional and provide personal service. My daughter cried when her braces were taken off because that ment our frequent visits were over. Dr. Jim and his staff are the BEST!!

Dr. Urbaniak and his staff make getting braces nearly fun!
They play great music, crack jokes and encourage their patients to take good care of their teeth with fun incentives.
They offer starbucks to the parents in the waiting room and give the kids free meals at local restaurants for good appointments. Not only do they encourage the kids to take good care of their teeth but they post news articles that highlight their patients as they succeed in their areas of interest.
They take before and after pictures to show their patients how worth it getting braces is!
A great place to take your kids to get the dreaded braces.
I also appreciate that they wait until the children are at an appropriate place in their growth so there are not duplicate braces.
Very expert service. We are about to start kid number two of three and have throughally enjoyed our time at Dr. Urbaniak's office.
