Has a very nasty orthodontic assitant, Peggy.
When my son had his braces removed, he had bleeding and Peggy chipped his tooth while she was scraping his teeth. Nobody from Greene's office (the orthodontist or the assistant, Peggy) said anything to me about the chip or mentioned the bleeding to me, so I did not think there was anything seriously wrong.
Three weeks later, at a general dental appointment at another dentist, the tooth was diagnosed as resorbed (dead). The tooth was black and visibly diseased. Greene had been seeing the child for over two years, every single month. Never took a single x-ray to monitor his progress, or to make sure that everything was ok. This child lost a permanent front tooth, right under Greene's eye, and Greene never saw a thing. He missed a seriously, visibly resorbed tooth, the day the braces were removed and has never admitted that he missed the diagnosis. Also apparently Greene failed to make room for the second molars to grow in - again, because he never took x-rays he did not know this. Now the kid will need braces again!
Turns out Greene failed to diagnose a serious dental condition, and let the child leave his office that day without any concern for the child's well-being.
