I have been a patient of Dr. Carroll's for almost 4 years. From the beginning, her and her staff have always gone the extra mile to make my experience the very best. I recently removed my braces and couldn't be more satisfied with my smile. I had an impacted canine that ended up in the middle of the roof of my mouth as a teen. Dr. Carroll had referred me to an oral surgeon who placed a chain on the tooth so that she could begin pulling the tooth in place. Halfway through my treatment, my sister was having her wedding. I spoke with Dr. Carroll about the wedding and gaping hole in my smile and she glued a fake tooth to my braces which went completely unnoticed in the pictures... for free! I wouldn't hesitate to refer any of my friends or family to Dr. Carroll. She is the best orthodontist in South Florida!
About Front Desk: There is no greater feeling when it comes to customer service than when a staff member learns your name and greets you by it every time you walk in. Jessie is an outstanding receptionist as was the entire staff!

Both of my older children have gone to Dr. Carroll for expanders and braces. Although there is quite often a bit of a wait, the waiting room is comfortable, entertaining and stress-free. Once you get in to see her, she is always polite, considerate and focused on you and your child. She never pushes for unecessary procedures and says it like it is. She is fabulous!! My husband is a dentist and he refers most of his ortho patients to her.
