poor communication skills, give you the run around, charge you up front without checking insurance, waiting is to long. would not recommend this dentist.

Brought my son in for a consultation. Chose this doctor, since he stated he would also take my other son as a patient. Lo and behold, when the time came, he denied ever telling me that and rudely told me he was not taking new patients. I had already put down my deposit and I was stuck. His staff is rude and unprofessional. The hours got much shorter, and I believe they dont start work until 2. No flexibility with appointments. All around AWFUL!!!
About Front Desk: Mary is /was the rudest most unprofessional front desk person I have EVER encountered, and there have been many. Just an all around miserable person with an even uglier attitude.

I would not recommend under any circumstances. Did braces, then Invisalign (which did not work), then braces again. Once they came off and payment was completed, they never returned one single call. I called numerous times, left numerous message because my teeth were moving. They still haven't called me and it's been over 5 months since my first call. I went personally and their door had a sign saying they would reopen April 4th. Called after April 4th to get another message saying they would reopen May 9th. I have continued my treatment with a new orthodontist as I feel this is no way to treat a patience (to never return their calls or messages???!!!!!). Because of their negligence with me, I now have to do braces on my top arc for a THIRD time! The retainers they gave me are not idea because they don't stop the teeth from moving up and down, which is what happened to me. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Did not feel like I was a priority as a patient during my treatment, and considered leaving but other orthodontists won't see you if you are being treated by someone already. Worse mistake ever. I wish I would've never trusted my care with him.

Had invisalign done with him. At first he seemed very helpful, offered me additional options if the invisalign treatment did not fulfill my wants at the end. Once the full payment was done, he stopped caring about my teeth and success. Appointments got shorter and he became unhelpful. He said he had never offered anything additional. I told him I was not fully happy but he claimed it was the best he could do and I had no other options. He actually called me a liar, will never go back to him.

I recommend Dr.Gomara anytime with closed eyes. He was my my orthodontist and his prices are very reasonable and economic. I was also evaluated by other orthodontists and was told that his work was excellent an I pick a great orthodontist. My brother and sister also had work done by him after they saw my results. Now years have passed and I've chosen him to work on my children's teeth knowing that he will he leave the same result he left on me.

He is simply wonderful! Extremely caring. Just a nice guy. Wonderful results!!! I got braces on when I was young, and then needed them again in my 20s. He did them in my 20s and I could not be happier. Wonderful staff! So respectful.

Medically, the treatment my son received was superb and very competent, and on top of the wonderful environment, made this a place I would want to return to, and judging from the smiles on my son's face and the smiles on the faces of the other patients as they waited (patiently?) in the waiting room, all this tells me this is a very special place!
