My 13 year old daughter just got her braces off after 18 months of treatment from Dr. Jeffrey Jordan and his staff.
She is so proud of her beautiful teeth and smile and we both agreed that this experience was excellent overall! Her treatment course was discussed with us and her responsibilities for success were clearly defined. Anytime she had a broken this or a poking that...she was in the office quickly, even before school! Dr. Jordan is a caring, dedicated orthodontist who really makes braces and this process as easy and cool for kids as possible. We have another smile that will need braces in the future and we will go to only Dr. Jordan and his fantastic staff! Thank you.
About Front Desk: Dr. Jordan's office staff is excellent and helpful, quick to help and keep you on schedule. Minimal waiting and easy checking in for kids on computer. Helpful with managing insurance claims and explaining financial issues. A pleasure to work with anytime. Thank you!

Both my son and I have been treated by Dr. Jordan and his team. I received orthodontic treatment from Dr. Jordan both pre- and post-orthognathic (jaw) surgery. I started treatment with Dr. Jordan approximately 3 years ago, and he continues to be interested in my case and see me for routine retainer-checks and to discuss potential future treatments I may need from my primary dentist or a periodontist. I feel very comfortable as an adult patient in this office - there are almost always adult patients being seen when I am there. My teenage son entered orthodontic treatment with Dr. Jordan about 2 years ago...his braces are off now, and Dr. Jordan continues to see him for retainer-checks. Dr Jordan (a parent of teens himself) treats the youth patients with the same respect as the adults...and welcomes parents in the exam area for questions or to explain treatment. Dr. Jordan's team is respectful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy...both in advance and for emergency visits. They were also very helpful with managing our insurance.

My son and I interviewed 3 orthodontists prior to choosing Dr. Jordan. We met with 3 orthodontists that friends and neighbors went to and it was obvious to both of us that Dr. Jordan was our choice. Since then all 3 of my children have had braces and we have been very happy with Dr. Jordan. Also, we have heard negative things about the other 2 orthodontists we had interviewed.
