As a general dentist in Buckhead, I am writing to highly recommend Dr. Suzanne King and Dr. Virginia McCune to other patients. I chose this orthodontic practice for my own daughter's care, because of the consistent, excellent results that they achieve. They communicate well with patients and their general dentists. This is essential if you would like to keep your teeth straight for a lifetime. I have seen countless patients, neighbors and friends that have received outstanding care from Drs. King and McCune. The doctors and staff are professional, pleasant and communicative. They have an excellent reputation among their peers. Patients feel comfortable and know what to expect with treatment.

We had a very successful experience with this practice and excellent results as far as I can tell with the expander and braces. My other two children will also need orthodonia work and I feel completely comfortable with this office in working with us. They also offer a finance plan with no interest payable within a year. This is very helpful and reasonable.
They have a very comfortable, non stress enviroment and very good customer service and chair-side manners with the parents as well as the patient. All costs are shown up front and there are no surprises. ALL these dentists are expensive! Go get a consult from them and you will be very impressed with their knowledge and reasonable recommendations.

I had both a spring aligner and braces with Dr. King. She was very good about explaining exactly what she was doing and what I should expect. Her staff was great as well. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience, over many many years with Dr King. She failed to horrible problems, that resulted in needing surgeries and bone grafting later on. As told to me by the endodontist and surgeon later, Dr King should have caught this, partly caused it, and could have prevented it. Her one large patient room, with a dozen chairs all in a row, shows you how she runs her practice. It's an assembly line of cash... She doesn't have to get your case right, she can just move down to the next person...

I am 54 years old and got braces for the first time 15 months ago. I am getting them taken off next month so almost done. In addition to being quite certain that I am getting competent treatment, I am most impressed with Dr King's "bedside manners." She takes a personal interest in her patients, most of whom are children. She treats them with respect and makes them feel comfortable. I once heard that you can tell a lot about a man by watching how he treats children. If the same applies to women, Dr King is an extraordinary person and one I am proud to call my doctor.

Very good staff, very realistic timeline. No difficulty with scheduling (or re-scheduling). Really great staff. Great for adults.

Two of my children had treatment from Dr. King. She really knows what she is doing and her staff is great. They will work you in if there is a problem. They are very professional and friendly. Dr. King is probably not the most economical orthodontist in Atlanta, but she gets great results. She is available by phone after hours and calls at home the first day that braces go on. Her appointment hours are limited pretty much to the regular schoolday, if you have children in school (no really early mornings or very late afternoons).

Dr. King made me feel at ease (at least as much as an orthodontist can) throughout my braces. She was much more personable than the other orthodontists I considered using. At each checkup she let me know exactly what was going on with my teeth and how the process was going. She was a bit expensive but in the end I the customer service and excellent smile was well worth it.

Was very expensive. Around $7000 dollars for expander+braces. Treatment estimate time was accurate to the week. Good staff, however the radio is always on a station that has lots of commercials and is too loud. Lots of specific times when you can get repairs or get new things installed. Long lunch break. Open room treatment area, you can see the chairs from the waiting room. Good if you can conform to their schedule and don't mind the lack of privacy.
