dr. Rutrick is simply the best tmj specialist in the country! after 10 Doctor idiots around town finally dr Rutrick gave me relief by making me brace " magic plate" and in one week no more tmj pain! no more Advil, no more pain pills, no more 4 days a week chriroprator visits to have any jaw relief pain. no more headaches, no more eye pain, no more sleepless nights! thank you dr Rutrick!!!!!!

I stumbled across Dr. Rutrick through a referral from a dentist who in turn was referred to by an endodontist who in turn was referred to by my original dentist who had no idea how to fix my jaw problems. I saw several doctors who all gave varying levels of confidence and solutions, none of which worked and some of which seemed drastic (pull teeth, surgery, etc).
Dr. Rutrick was the only doctor (I saw 6...) that recommended an MRI of the joint. MRI came back positive and so began my 2.5 year treatment with fantastic results. I had zero teeth pulled. My jaw was widened with a series of ingenious appliances to accommodate my teeth. Today I have zero crowding, all of my teeth, and my jaw feels superb (no clicks, tightness, etc). Yes, he may be expensive, but you get what you pay for. A lifetime of pain-free living is definitely worth the cost.

I was referred from my ENT for an earache. He said I may have TMJ. Turns out i did! Since my first day of treatment i have not had any earache since then. Definetly would reccomend him to anyone!

Horrible terrible experience when visiting this doctor. None of the staff has mentioned the price of x-rays. They knew I did not have insurance, so every penny was important. They just kept taking more and more x-rays and told us that they won't cost extra. At the end, 6 x-rays later, I was served with 730$ bill! Think someone should have mentioned that each x- ray will cost extra. One x-ray would have been enough. He knew immediately that he will not be able to treat the broken jaw. So why did he keep taking x-rays??? Because he wanted to make more money out of me. I can not be any more disappointed. Such a rip off. Don't go there. Plus he wasn't that good, either.
